IZ BYER Sleeveless Blouse Pink, Black, & Gray Size XL. There are belt loops, but top does not come with belt. Can easily remove if you'd like. The top of back is lacy with small opening for a very cute feminine accent. Modest as it covers any bra straps. This would be perfect with a solid jacket or cardigan for the fall. Reposhing this item I purchased from @purtypieces. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
