All other stones are natural diamonds
Not sure of the exact carat weights of the diamonds or the citrine
bought at Zales but it is a 2012 Effy piece (BH hallmark and 14k) (thanks to staga for this info)

@goldseller2016 Vintage in the sense it is an older ring where many of Effy’s pieces where only signed BH (maker/designer) instead of EFFY and more recently they included both EFFY and BH, sometimes just EFFY. You can get more information by googling.
