14K Yellow Gold Size 9 Band with Carved Pattern

This piece came to me in a lot and has a peaceful, grounded energy to it. I don’t know anything about it but can say it appears to have been worn with care. It is marked “14K” on the inside and measures a size 9 on my mandrel. The band is 7mm wide and perfectly round with general patina from wear but no dents or large scratches/gouges.
