Fire opal is mostly mined in Mexico and is the more vibrant option for those with an October birthday. That watery look that fire opals have make them look like glowing embers in the light, and this orange fire opal is no exception! Tsavorite garnets are extremely rare and were only discovered in 1967, and they are a vibrant green variety of garnet. These tsavorite garnets display the ideal vibrant green hue and are extremely well-matched. The combination of tsavorites and fire opal is striking and reminds us of fresh citrus fruits The fire opal is 1.23ct and the tsavorite garnets total 0.68tcw. Two tiny diamonds of .02tcw add even more sparkle, and they are H-I color and I1-I2 clarity. The ring is a US finger size 6 and is sizable, though this is not a service we provide. It measures about 17mm long, providing excellent finger coverage and has a 5/16" rise off of the finger.
