It is set with a 2.0 CT AAA quality green garnet and .75 CTW of round diamonds with 24 of them around the garnet on the halo and 62 on the shank (down each side). The diamonds are color G with a VS2 clarity!! That is a 2.75 CTW of gems!! This ring is size 6.75 and marked 14K on the inside.
