14K Size 5 Ladies Yellow Gold & Diamond Ring

Pre-owned 14K yellow gold ladies ring with 3 small diamonds. It’s marked “14K” and there is another mark on it that I tried to see with magnification, but I couldn’t tell what it is. . A little bit larger than a size 5. Weighs about 1.3 grams. See photos for details. I’m the original owner … I haven’t worn it in a while and would love for someone else to enjoy it.
