Fitted with a see-through AirWair sole that exposes our DMS sole tread with an added pop of yellow, these 1461 shoes are even more distinctly Dr. Martens. They're built from our original Smooth leather, and fitted with tonal eyelets and laces as well as core DM's markings: a scripted heel loop and yellow welt stitching. Second off the DM’s production line, the 1461 is a 3-eye shoe championed for its versatility Hardwearing and famously tough, our Smooth leather can be polished to shine or scuffed-up Our Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed at 700°C and reinforced with our signature welt stitch MATERIAL Smooth - durable and famously stiff to start, this leather can be polished to a dapper shine or artfully scuffed-up depending on your preference. Buff with a Dr. Martens Shoe Brush to restore shine as desired.
