14 (fits 8) 80s Vintage What's Up by Carol Black Sequin Strapless Poof Dress

80s Vintage What's Up by Carol Black Sequin Strapless Basque-Waist Poof Dress Marked 14, fits today's 8 Measurements in photos, no stretch, free hip EUC-- the only flaw I can find is that the tulle underlayer ripped part way down the back and some had come off the fabric that was attaching it to the outer skirt. I tacked the tulle back up to that mesh fabric, but I have actually left the rip in place because if you have a bigger butt than a size 8 normally does, you would likely rip it again just stepping into the dress. Looks like it did not originally have a gap for butt allowance in the underlayer like A-line dresses normally should. This is a fabulous Cabaret or op shop piece-- because it is black it is not so over the top 80s as to be hard to wear other than at costume themed events. It is likely to be midi length on most Heights. I couldn't find a Content tag but I'm going to guess the skirt is acetate taffeta. NO MODELS-TRADES-LOWBALLS I videotape all items during packaging and also use tamper tags.
