@courtneyhazy hi! I think they fit smaller. I am 5’8” and 163 and pear shaped. I wanted a L but they were sold out and these worked great. You can synch or loosen the ties pretty well at the waist to fit how you’d like. For reference I typically wear a size 8 sometimes 10
