rosi3456 Yes its still available. I just checked my inventory. I only have one left!! Uggh I need to reorder. I just checked on google size 16 waist is a Size 38" or 38 inch waist. Yes this is a cut to size belt. It fits sizes 30 to 42" inch waist lines. The belt buckle comes off. It has a latch. You follow the instructions and cut the leather with a sizzor under the belt buckle to fit a size 38.
