adusing4 @natagibbs when I pulled the elastic as far as I could, it was 16” laying flat (32”). Without pulling it, it was 14” laying flat (28”). So the 30” should work.

natagibbs @adusing4 thanks! Is it loose around the hips? I cannot tell. I am 40 in the hips but I don’t want it to be tight from waist down
