[12] Kids long black patterned skirt with ribbon belt

Long kids skirt I picked up at a thrift store planning to use the cute patterened fabric for a sewing project, but it turns out it wasn't quite enough fabric and I haven't found another use for it. It does have an underskirt with a cute ruffle detail! Comes from a smoke free home. I do have dogs, so be aware if you have allergies. But item has been washed and stored in a room the dogs do not have access to.
