genuinestoner My wrist is 6 inches in circumference, so the bracelet is easy to get on and off. Because of the way the clasp is made, you have to compress the bracelet and then drop the hook down. The inside circumference is 6 & 3/4 inches; outside circumference is 8 inches. The bracelet is flexible, but will not open up flat. It has a permanent curvature.
