Where we used to have our number of listings, followers, shares, it shows # of items sold hewer our shared used to be and where it used to show our number of followers is shows when we were last active (such as "last hour").. For a day or two, this changed on mine about 2 months ago and it blew my mind, but then it went back to how we're used to it. I guess they were testing back then. I noticed yesterday that our followers and shares are gone

topnotchthrifts @leprof_74 no problem in asking ! we are all trying to figure out this new update. The only way to share to our followers right now, that i have found, is the same way we have been sharing listings in this group. If you go to your closet you'll see the share symbol on each individual listing. No way to share all anymore. That means you'll have to share each of your listings individually, which takes way too long if you have a lot! Hope this helps!

topnotchthrifts @leprof_74 I think I will contact support as well! My last active is showing 3 hours ago as well and I've clicked on several closets and see nothing less than 3 hours, some showing 4 or more but nothing under 3 hours.

smcdsmith55 @jerseysgal many of us are SO confused. I’ve been Poshing for yrs and think we need to all contact POSHMARK about this new confusing change. Many do not like it! I don’t see how this helps anyone!

smcdsmith55 @jerseysgal Do you know anyway to contact POSHMARK about our grievances? I only found way on sales🙄. Maybe if enough of us go on trick or vacation they’ll get the hint🤦🏼‍♀️. I’ve had problems when they made share button smaller! Now this too🙄yes I’m rolling my eyes. lol. Haven’t been sharing as much because of small share button on my iPhone. 5 yrs and this is the hardest time I’ve ever had. And I share one at a time at random🤦🏼‍♀️. If not, thanks need to vent! annie7722 I think the only way for them to care and reverse those stupid changes is if they'll see a decrease in revenue...but that's not happening because of all the live shows from the big sellers. I have small hands and that doesn't help with the micro sharing button they created, lol, I keep opening the listing like 4 times in a row🤪. The only way to share in bulk to shows and followers is from the website and not the app. At least until they eliminate that too 😖

jerseysgal @smcdsmith55 Same here been Poshing it up for 4years, First time seeing so many new changes all at once. Agree, support should hear from us all. I have to investigate sending emails to support in regard to new concepts.We are on the cusp of holiday shopping season.

myfurryfamily @jenlarkar @smcsmith55 @annie7722 You can text support in the app or email support@poshmark.com. I have emailed extensively & they said they will consider bringing back bulk sharing. According to Posh Blog sharing is not in their plan to help us sell. I asked them why are you having parties? And p.s. no one’s gonna sit on here all day sharing if it’s a useless task. May affect participation & sales. We’ll see. Meanwhile share from desktop until the tool disappears.

myfurryfamily @jenlarkar @smcdsmith55 oh yes, they suggested we share each item individually to followers and games. Pretty much they depressed me that shares don’t matter. Live shows do.

leprof_74 @jenlarkar I received this response (modified for space) We recently removed Bulk Sharing ... to simplify selling and focus on what helps you make sales. You can still share individual listings .... no need to bulk share regularly. ... focus on the actions that make the biggest impact: - Respond promptly to offers. - Send offers to likers - Do regular price drops - Ship orders on time. - Avoid cancellations
