10k gold pink sapphire & diamond ring

Vintage 10k white gold pink sapphire ring. Gorgeous large pink sapphires with two diamond accents on each side (one on each side). Women's size 7 but added a ring guard with my jeweler to make it smaller which you can be removed, in amazing condition for its age and all stones are secure in tact. I uploaded the photo for measurements as well. Size 7 (will fit down to size 6 if ring guard left on or easily removed)
