The top of ring is 3mm wide, but with the contour, it curves in 3mm in the center which makes the ring 6mm on the top (see photos). The bottom of the band is 1.9mm wide. 1 - 2.5mm round Blue Sapphire simulant gemstone. 2 - 2mm round Mint Swarovski cubic zirconias. Everyday wearable.
