#1042 NWT Free People Lost in Paradise Floral Velvet Flocked Mini Dress Size 2

So very boho cute. Is mostly a rich off white velvet, would be such a great holiday party dress!! This one had a few spots on back that spot cleaned well, it is hand wash and lie flat to dry. Some yellowing please see photos. The straps are missing with this also, but any bra type straps will work or can be worn strapless. It was just too cute to pass up!! Deep discount due to these flaws.
