This blouse is the ultimate standard of sophistication and luxury. it's a beautiful blush silk with an underlying embossed floral vine design. it doesn't truly have a collar, I believe this style used to have a tie that went around the neck, but I don't have it. that being said, there is a loop on the back of the collar that makes it wonderful for scarves. it gives me slight Victorian/Edwardian vibes and is a great neutral piece for any capsule wardrobe.
