This wrap skirt can fit quite a few different waist sizes, although I do find it a little bit big for me, so I would recommend for someone in the large to extra large range. On a similar note, it's also a little bit long for me, I am 5'1", and because of the style and ruffle on the hem, it would be very difficult to get it tailored. Length- 42
