circularfashb0s @savannahbachman Hi, let me get back to you on the shoulder measurement, and I don’t remember whether this has padding. . This is 100% cashmere with beautiful printed silk lining at the upper part only. Yes, it does allow for movement, as it is very soft. It is made in Australia.
