hellokitty1221 @i9chacha77 hey Hun this was quit some time ago but going back and looking at the item I wasn't happy with the size I really thought it was larger and more sturdy then it was. I don't think there was any major issues it was authentic. I just can't say 100% if that was all... I hope that helps...

simplychique @hellokitty1221 thanks for responding back quickly. Were you able to get your money back? A have quite a collection of Gucci bags so I can compare once I receive the item. It's good to know though that if I have any issues with it, it can be returned. I've never purchased a Gucci bag from Poshmark before so when I saw your comments on her bag, I had to ask if it was because of it not being authentic.

hellokitty1221 @i9chacha77 no not definitely because of its authenticity, I have several Gucci pieces myself and have become an expert on authenticating high quality designer pieces... Yes u is receive a refund. Soon as u messaged the seller and opened a case they responded back trying to resolve with a partial refund first then I denied that then they agreed I go return and I did and of course it took some time to receive the refund but I did get it maybe with a week or so....
