One-of-a-kind, handmade from a damaged vintage quilt! Neckline has adjustable tie, and the bottom back closes with hook/eyes. The top edge of the back has a touch of elastic to keep it from gapping and to keep it comfortable. PTP 16.5", with a little flexibility because there is no back. 31" around the bottom edge. 16.25" top corner to bottom edge. Part of the quilt this was made from was damaged, but there is no damage on this top.
