One of the foundation refills is 100% sealed. The other refill has been unsealed very recently and the puff has been applied to it, but it has not been applied to skin and none of the product has actually been used from it - so it is still completely full. I am selling the full package because I accidentally ordered the wrong shade and was not able to return it due to unsealing one of the refills.
