channelpc @eautery When you purchase this item you receive Pads only. The wand is not included, the pads go on the wand which has a velcro-ish surface that the pads stick to.

channelpc @downhomethrifts I don't have any extra wands ( like the one you see in picture 6 - the wand that I prefer) If your wand's head is no longer velcro-y then I have given this advice before - you can buy very thin velcro strips ( like band-aid thin) and this has been a reasonable solution. Otherwise the wand I have seen listed for over $50 - Hope that helps and answers your question. If not plz lmk.
