I believe the necklace is adjustable up to 17.7 i7nch (45cm) I can check when I get home for you. It is gold plated and yes, all our moissanite is tested when its put into inventory. Guaranteed authentic.

No, as the chain is the necklace itself. It is not a pendant style. I personally have not seen any 15" length chains like this. All Ive seen is 40 to 45 or just 45cm.
