vanessuh_vee @sallytouw1 I haven't seen the ones at Forever 21 but, I wouldn't say it's top of the line quality. One side has a soft velvet touch whereas the other side does not. The chain and clasp seem of normal quality for costume jewelry. Tbh the 20 bucks I paid was with shipping.
