This top is totally adjustable with neck ties and under the bust that ties in the back. There are removable pads in the bra. Neck straps are 22" on each side. The under-bust band is 1.5" Wide. The straps from the side bust, which tie in the back, are 20" long on each side. Unless otherwise stated, all of my measurements are taken without manipulating the fabric and with the garment lying flat. Please examine the pictures, as they are crucial to this listing.
