As far back as I can remember, I have always LOVED Fashion I remember going to doctor offices with my mom and consuming myself as a kid in Vogue, Elle and Glamour Magazine. I use to sometimes ask the receptionist if I can keep the magazine (which ‘til today I have a few) 🫢. Since we didn’t come from much, my mom always thrifted, occasionally we would go to Lord & Taylor Clearance Center and buy excellent stuff for 90% off! I always had an eye for fashion, details, textiles, fabric, oh my. As a kid going to church I would choose my dad’s outfit or help my brother. I have been told often, “you always find gems”. I see fashion as a piece of artwork. Perhaps living and working in the fashion capital 🍎🗽 added to this love. I’ve always been obsessed with Bill Cunningham and his street wear fashion.
