Very soft and silky feeling halter top from Wet Seal only wore a few times, in excellent condition. Comfortable fit. Smoke free/pet free home. There is no bra, but there is a light pad on each of the cups. Like on a swim suit top.

@ashleytms does it have a built in bra? Thanks for all your offers! I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I don't have a ton of access to my phone during the day (I'm a teacher)

@brookem907 no worries! There is no built in bra but it's great with a bathing suit under or a strapless bra...anything that ties around the neck

@brookem907 it does however-I just checked lol- have the lining like in a bathing suit top...the little pads that are removable, they arent removable in this too but they would offer some protection if you felt the urge not to wear a bra with it lol
