debbi10 Today the offer is $16 plus $4.99 for shipping. I paid $18 and $6.49 shipping.

camilleas @debbi10 I did not mean to send out an offer. I wanted to originally change the price to $18 since it seemed to attract more buyers and it wasn’t much lower than $20. $16 is too low for me to sell these earrings if i want to make a decent profit. The offer only sent to you and one other buyer, since you’re the most recent likers. Sorry for the inconvenience! I didn’t even notice that i did that. I sold the item on another site which was my goal in lowering the price to $18.

camilleas @debbi10 Please send a photo of the item you received. It is possible i had sent your item to the wrong buyer, and once i know which item you have, i will know which buyer it is.

camilleas @debbi10 I apologize for the mistake! It is possible another buyer may have received your item. I can do 1 of 2 things: I can contact the other buyer and you both return the item, and I can ship the correct item to you, and their item back to them.

camilleas @debbi10 I believe Poshmark can provide you both with a label once i contact them. Another option is for you to return the item, and I will give you a refund. With either option i will be sure to send you a small gift to make up for the mistake. Let me know which option you choose so that i can contact Poshmark and we can get this effectively corrected. camilleas @debbi10 I contacted Poshmark and they said since you accepted the purchase, there is nothing more that can be done. If you would like to, you can contact them yourself to see if there’s anything they can possibly do for you. However, they told me I can no longer do anything regarding this purchase. I greatly apologize for the mistake! Please let me know if anything changes.
