siriaprHey, I am sorry you feel that way, I don't always see al the stuff posh sends I get tons of notifications daily, you purchased a skirt, you could have canceled your own order if it really was a mistake , because posh does give you the option in a window frame/ I clearly state , in my abouts meet the posher, my closet rules, all sales are final. I am sorry you are not satisfied with you're purchase, I do not and I clearly say it Do not have to cancel any order if I am following posh rules.

siriaprAnd if you were following posh rules, you probably would have been able to cancel/ and if you were not satisfied with I state your purchase, you should take it up with posh support. I also ship next day, you made and order and asked to cancel several days before, it was packed and left at the local going postal since the 31 / it got delayed in scanning because it was a holiday. Thank you!
