They said i should contact them again on the 27th if it still hasn't scanned or been delivered and they will take the next step to resolving the issue. I'm sorry delivery is taking so long! fee139Monica - can you check the status of my order? I have the tracking # but in order for me to get USPS to find the package, they are asking many questions to which I donā€™t have answers such as how was it shipped, what type of package, where was it shipped from etc. there have been no scans since it left Lake Havasu City on 2/13. Thanks!

I will submit the inquiry form with usps. unfortunately, all the packages I've sent out this month have been held up significantly some up to 2 weeks even. I will send a message to poshmark as well and let them know it's been 10 days without a tracking update and I will let you know when I hear back from them!

mojanephillips@fee139 hi! I received a reply from customer service and they said the last update was the 17th (even though it was an automated message and not a scan). They said i should contact them again on the 27th if it still hasn't scanned or been delivered and they will take the next step to resolving the issue. I'm sorry delivery is taking so long! I know it is frustrating.
