I personally where a lot of black and loose fitting clothing so it's kind of easy to incorporate any of my finds with my own wardrobe. I honestly can get behind most styles and I love how any genre is in. It makes it fun ☻

teenyvintage @savvy_mommy hiya! That's awesome. I really spend most of my efforts tracking the vintage hd's and a lot of the times I am able to pick up small lots at flea markets. I can usually buy 3+ at a time. Other times I find them at thrift stores. How's the flea market seen out there? All vintage HD shirts will have a date printed on them unless you somehow find one from the 70's!

teenyvintage @bricelyn05 I think the first thing for you to do is figure out how much time you want to spend on your closet in order to sell. I used to make an effort by sharing a lot and listing my items multiple times a day. Now I am taking a little time away and letting things sell whenever they do.

teenyvintage @bricelyn05 1. Type into the search field similar items that you are selling. I always type in "vintage" and start sharing some of the vintage items people list. You can also type in "LF", "Harley" etc... and start sharing! Do this as often as you can. 2. Try and list your items at the very least once a day. 3. Some people list their items brand as more popular ones to get more views. Even if it's not the actual brand. It can help.

teenyvintage @bricelyn05 4. You are already using tags so that is always something that helps get more views 5. Maybe list your size when modeling so people can get an idea of how it might fit on them. You can always copy and paste your size on all your listings you are modeling.

teenyvintage @5stella555 A lot of it is sharing and liking other people’s posts to attract attention but also to make connections. I try and list all blemishes or damages on my items and I always try and package my things with a little love. Good pictures can be key for a customer to catch their attention as well! Poshmark can be a lot of work but if you are up for it you can make some decent sales. Feel free to ask any specific questions as well. Thanks for reaching out!

teenyvintage @5stella555 I would try and take pictures on a neutral backdrop. If there is something really busy behind the item you are selling it can take away from it. Also a detailed photo of certain features of the items can help. I will take pictures of the tags to show if it’s vintage or I will take pictures of textures if I think the customer will benefit from seeing the fabric up close. Buying online can be tricky and I always want the customer to feel like they know what they are getting.

I did have a sale recently of a great deal for the seller, a posh ambassador . within two hours of receipt of the item it was up for sale with my photos and description with no permission from me. I must have done a good job on that mink coat listing. …. left a real bad taste … I think they call that plagiarism . ….. I was civil in my questioning of it.. as I learned only because I was thanking for the purchase and stumbled upon it
