carolina_h179 @mared4 I just double checked and it's actually closer to 27". And it is a higher rise short, so it would be a little smaller than your hip measurement from where your jeans sit on your hip:) I hope that helps!:)

carolina_h179 @kellysidndy I'm not really sure, they're way to small on me but the measurement at the very top is 27" and it should hit your waist area

carolina_h179 @jacx the measuring chart might be measuring different part of the item. I measured around the very top and rounded to the nearest inch. I will post a picture with the measurements in the other post
