Vacay has been a whirlwind so far....Friday cleaned the whole house, Saturday picked Mom up from airport and had date night w/hubby (16 yr anniversary 😊), and today finished shopping and wrapping....it hasn't felt like vacation yet, but I am happy to have some time to get some things done!!!! 😊😊😊 what about you?!?!!! What are you doing for the holidays? Do you have any fun traditions? We have been wrapping dirty Santa gifts (mom and I). My family, Mom, and my brothers family each bring 10 gifts...can be re-gifts or must be low $ gifts...and play dirty Santa Christmas evening....Mom always throws in several good gift cards to restaurants, so it is always fun...and competitive....😊😊😊 let me know how things are going....any luck with your Fonzie jacket yet??? Hahaha!!!

It's the little things that make me happy! It sounds like a great time at your house! I'm a tad bit jealous...this year it's just gonna be my daughter and I ... As for sisters, I don't have any, but my mom is the oldest of four girls, and it's been a real challenge for her, especially as Mom's parents have gotten older and she's had to take more responsibility.... I haven't been there but can certainly appreciate the challenge...watching Mom, it's been hell...😁 But, that's why God made alcohol 😉 Hahaha!!! As for dirty Santa, we need to figure a way to play via Posh, so you and I can have fun long-distance...😉😉😉

parkerpparker @em12022 I'm the baby of three ... They are 10 &11 years older than I am. They act like they are the younger ones. Soooo much drama. Since its not my thing I've never fit in very well with them.. Haha. Long story short but my mom got sick exactly one year ago. We were in and out if the hospital for a month. Part of it in ICU . Her kidneys failed and they didn't think she would make it. My sisters said sorry but we can't help you. You are on your own. They showed up at the hospital once for literally 15 minutes, they went and got their nails done and left for home( not kidding!) we never left the hospital. We slept on the couch in her room. Once I got her home she moved in with me. Couldn't walk, or roll over in bed on her own. She was on oxygen and needed constant care. She became insulin dependent along with everything else . Her diet became beyond restrictive . If I fed her the wrong thing I could have killed her because of the kidneys. Anyway that was tough but my mom is tougher. She is doing amazing and back at her own home. She on dialysis and it has saved her life. My sisters live in Vegas and haven't been here for Christmas for years, but this year they decided that they are coming. (I think because of their guilt) During all of this my sisters said some things that I just can't forgive. You would be horrified if I shared. Soooo they are blowing into town tomorrow leaving my daughter and I on our own. That is the short version. It has been a DRAMA filled year.. I'm ready for 2013! Ok so back to fun! Yes I wanna play.. Anything with dirty has my name written all over it. Hahahaha.

em12022 Damn!!!! I could use so many other four letter words but I might get you reported to the Posh Police...haha!!! I would say unbelievable, but in today's world, nothing amazes me any more!!! I can't believe they have the nerve to show up, and your mother must be an angel to even allow them to show their faces.....ugh!!!! Makes me sick!!!! I prefer hot to cold weather so I'm happy i love here but when it's really got maximus gets uncomfortable :(((( IM SO EXCITED TO GO. parkerpparker @everyatomofme haha you are so cute!! My hair is unfortunately pretty dark now. It was almost white when I was little. It slowly hit darker and when I was pregnant it got super dark. All those hormones I guess. Lol. I mostly use just box color but I do bleach highlights every 3-6 months or whenever I feel like its getting flat or just not light enough. That way I have some dimension in the color.. 😉 No big plans for New Years Eve... Just gonna be with my kiddo.... Happy 2012 is over. Ready for a new year!! I'm excited for your trip too! You are gonna have a blast!

everyatomofme as you can see in my photo my hair is super white... or was. I've been bleaching it for literally five years and it's been fine... and ever since the summer it's just gotten really thin and dead and has been falling out in clumps. so I cut all of it off and dyed it a slightly darker blonde a few weeks ago. I'm just trying to fix what I destroyed. I hate having short hair lol. but now it's growing really fast.... my hair is naturally dark brown so my roots are really dark against my "blonde" hair but it actually doesn't look that bad lol. you know ombré hair? that's basically what's happening now because my ends are still super white and the middle part is slightly darker and my roots are really dark. I always thought roots were really gross and i hated how they looked but actually the way it's happening on my hair looks cool LOL. how is your hair still so perfect :( mine was so dead before but I've really been taking care of it since September... no heat and conditioning a lot. I never thought id destroy my hair as much as i did :(((( I want it to just grow ugh

parkerpparker @everyatomofme oh it's not perfect at all.. I use ALOT of hairspray. Haha. I have my hair a break about 8 months ago and went a little darker ... It was really happy(I wasn't ) haha. I never ever put bleach on the ends of my hair... They are already light. I don't want to damage them. So basically I use a color on the roots and will highlight with bleach, but i stop a few inches from the ends. I always wait at least a week between color and bleach. Ombré is awesome .. So if that's what you are rockin now... Cool!! Yeah I have never been a fan of roots either but some people can totally pull it off. Sometimes the contrast is cool. My hair has a tendency to go gold when I have roots.. Me no likey orange hair on me.. Hahaha. The good thing about hair is it grows back... I bet you look cute with short hair!

parkerpparker @everyatomofme ok so I'm sitting here doing my hair and thinking about yours. Hahaha. Do you have a Sally's beauty there? If so, have you tried their version of Argon oil? I actually like the mousse. I use it only on the ends and on the very top of my head, where my part is. Helps with shine and flyaways! My hair is actually very fine so I can't use heavy products(can't use the oil) This stuff is moisturizing. I just use a teeny tiny bit on damp hair... It will bring alittle life back in your luscious locks😉😉

everyatomofme Sally's beauty is so far from my house :( and my hair is already gets greasy really quickly so i can't put stuff in it :( I tried this protein conditioner and it made my hair out a lot lol. it's getting better but with time. I shouldn't hair destroyed my hair ugh. I regret it so much now lol. it'll grow back though!

everyatomofme my hair has actually grown a lot since my hair cut... I'm considering cutting more of it off and getting extensions for a little while lol. like the clip in ones. because i know I have to cut more of my hair off since it's still so dead... do you wear extensions at all? or is it just that long? ugh i used to have such long hair too :( it needs to groooow, i feel so naked with short hair lol. I'm so excited for Vegas! i still need to pack lol

parkerpparker @everyatomofme oh well that's good! Just keep doing what you are doing. I play with extensions sometimes. If I want a big lions mane of hair I will use them. I used to have them in and I had hair to my butt!! Haha I'm all about whatever makes you feel beautiful! I make clip ins when I want to use them but when I wore the all the time , I used glue, beads and have had them sewn In .. Tried it all. I'm happy with my hair right now, but that could change... Hahaha. Maybe to the butt again for summer. Lol

everyatomofme ha hajaha actually at one point in my life i had glued in extensions.... it was horrible LOL. like right now when I have my hair in a pony tail it looks like my hair is like somewhat like there's a lot if it.. but when it's down i look like I'm bald because it's in ugly layers :( I'm just going to leave it alone.. it grows like an inch a month anyways so ill leave it be ;D i have to bring warm clothes to Vegas lol it's like in the 50s there compared to mid 70-80s here lol. and maximus needs to pack his toys hahahah. I wish I sold more stuff before i was leaving :( my closet is still so full.

everyatomofme it's not till 730pm... and I have to go to my bosses house tomorrow to pick up my pay because she forgot to leave it in the office LOL. and I want my money lolol. and I need to pick up max's documents from the vet too. and finish packing and clean his cage ugh. I'm such a horrible procrastinator. I'm literally brining like every sweater i own tho. and yeah that's wicked cold for you :( I love warm weather and sunshine and happiness and palm trees lol. everyatomofme okay so I had all his medical records and everything he needed to fly and when we got there they were like "this is an overnight flight so he needs permission from the vet to fly at night because the temperature is low" and I'm just like the flight arrives at 10pm, it will be like 43 degrees in Vegas, his vet is closet, and NO ONE TOLD ME I NEEDED ANYTHING FROM MY VET ABOUT THAT WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE HIS RESERVATION so they wouldn't let him go on the flight so i didn't either. so I changed my flight to tomorrow in the day

everyatomofme Vegas has the type of cold i don't mind lol. it gets chilly at night but that's okay and during the day it gets chilly also but it's sunny. my dad and step mom got me yoga pants and a jacket from lululemon.... their prices are ridiculous tho. $98 for yoga pants?! and I also got 2 shirts from forever 21. and for my birthday my grandparents got me diamond earrings
