I am familiar with these hats and quality never disappoints. I was appreciative that it shipped promptly and was packaged well. I was disappointed that the original “free shipping “ went away once my “offer” was accepted. The price including shipping was close to original pricing including the shipping. If I wasn’t for giving this to a special friend, who traveled across the country to visit, I would have cancelled. I wrote to Poshmark regarding this and received a reply saying that the free shipping was for first time Poshmark customers. I didn’t see that in small print anywhere. I will have to reconsider ordering anything from Poshmark in the future. The 5 star rating is ONLY for the hat quality, shipping time and packaging and NOT for Poshmark customer support.
