Communication was excellent. The handbag was in great condition and was stuffed so that it wouldn't get crushed while being mailed. The only reason that it took a few days for the seller to send it is because I asked her to send it late so that it would arrive after I got back from my vacation. If not for that, she would have sent it right away.
