This was a very frustrating purchase. I'm not talking about the seller I think he did all he could to try to find where my purse went. The tracking number was screwed up it came close to my house and delivery was for the next day I didn't get it because it went back to San Francisco. I felt I had to try to get the system to chat with a real person but I kept getting automatic answers. My tracking number was not valid. You shouldn't take somebody five times to get their attention. As far as the seller goes I'm going to separate him from Poshmark. I feel that he deserved the five stars not Poshmark. I am so upset with them and this isn't the only time this has happened I will no longer use them.
