It came in perfect condition. I’d like it to play a little bit louder and may try to replace batteries and see if that does it. I was trying to replace a gift I had received from my step-Mother years back, that was broken when I removed it from it’s box one year before Christmas. My memory might be playing tricks. I thought my cookie jar was just a head of Frosty with hat that could be removed and which played Christmas music. When I saw the picture of the one at Boston Warehouse, I thought. . .that looks familiar. So I bought it. I’m still not sure if its the same one I received but it no longer matters as when I see it, I think of my step-Mom who lived to be 110 and died last spring.
