Not only do I love these boots, and not only were they as described in brand new condition, BUT Alyssa also went above and beyond when I checked with her about a shipping error (fault of the carrier). My package went to Puerto Rico by mistake, and Alyssa took the initiative to contact USPS and update me about the call. They ended up making it to me only 2 days later than expected, and I could not be more happy with my entire experience buying from Alyssa! Packaging was thoughtful and secure, as well!! THANK YOU!!
