Hi Kathy, thank you for the lovely purse. It arrived today. I absolutely adore it and I love the way you wrapped it and your beautiful little thank you card at first I was a little upset because there are two just very tiny micro cracks, but you know what it is used and I thought I should expect that, but I was very upset to see that there were two stones missing Out of the handle, but I thought OK well I can replace that. It’s not a big deal and then I started to take the tissue paper out of the box and I realized they were two stones in there so they have had come loose during transport so I will just take my trusty crazy glue and put them back in so no harm no foul you know these people they just throw the boxes around even if you say handle with care they don’t they don’t care lol so not to worry, but I wanted to tell you that’s what happened so if it ever happens in the future, you can tell people hey check the box -stones could be loose in the box and that’s exactly what happened here!!🦋🦋💙💙 Have a beautiful day!!
