The shipment arrived on time, I'm not complaining about that. Then, in my mailbox, there's another larger box to put the larger boxes, and I couldn't find it. My husband had to go look for it, and he found it. Then, when I opened the box and saw the product, it was full of cat or dog hair and smelled bad. I'm so sorry, but I'm not satisfied with something like that. I'm still going to raise your score.
