The item was listed as new, in pristine condition, yet each earring had chips in the crystals. Item was shipped priority 1-3 day shipping and took 7 days from actual ship date of 8-11-25 to arrive on 8-18-25. It was also mailed in an envelope that had been torn open in transit and scotch taped over the opening. Seller reached out and offered to refund purchase in full to rectify issue. That is not necessary, and I appreciate the offer. She went above and beyond, so I updated the rating to a 5 star.
