I’m so happy this transaction ultimately had a positive ending. The package took nearly a month to arrive due to USPS delays, and unfortunately Poshmark was completely unresponsive throughout the entire situation. Despite that, the seller was absolutely wonderful. She stayed in communication with me every step of the way, responded quickly to messages, and genuinely cared about helping resolve the issue even though the shipping delays were completely outside of her control. She remained kind, professional, and patient throughout what was a very frustrating situation. Thankfully, the package did eventually arrive, and I really appreciate the effort she put into keeping me updated and trying to help. I would not hesitate to purchase from her again.
