This is my second order with this seller. The Bomba Gripper socks are great. My only complaint is in my initial order, I asked the seller to put both packs together and mail in one package. I explained I didnt know how to do a bundle. I liked the socks so well I ordered another 2 packs from her. I still dont understand why she couldn't put these in a bundle and ship them together, especially knowing they were going to the same address. Product? Excellent. Shipping in two packages? Not good. Not fulfilling my first order by packing them together when I requested it? Forgivable. Having a customer cone back a second time and not having items out in one package? Disappointing. Again, product excellent.
