I ordered an eyeshadow pallet that was advertised to have 1 broken eyeshadow. I requested the seller tape it so it wouldn't ruin any others during shipping. The seller not only taped the eyeshadow as requested, but they also VERY carefully wrapped the entire pallet that it came in perfect condition, even the "broken one" appears perfect for me. The communication was excellent and I would definitely buy from this seller again!
