She is a wonderful five star seller - friendly and knowledgeable and is consistently patient, prompt, helpful and thorough in all of her reply messages. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the item, even after purchasing. This has been a fantastic buying experience...my item was carefully and securely padded, wrapped and placed inside of a large box, to preclude crushing during transport. She even included the kindest and most uplifting note to personalize my experience. In addition, the shipping time was extremely fast. I love my new blazer!
