My purchase was shipped quickly and it was packaged in a separate box maintaining the item safe while it traveled. The item arrived clean and on time. The seller was great at responding when I messaged them. There really wasn’t much of the description on the advertisement for the item (if it was previously owned or if it had any imperfections) but they did have many photos that allowed me to make a decision.
