Janine has an amazing knack for finding exceptional vintage lingerie and an enthusiastic drive to make these items available to interested shoppers. Her descriptions are well written and very informative. She’s a very responsive communicator with quick answers and thoughtful insights. As for value, I don’t know how to put a price on “new or slightly used” vintage, but her generosity exemplifies a passion. I was guessing her items to be well packaged, though I completely underestimated her degree of professionalism. I thank Janine immensely and feel privileged to be a customer.
