Order came quickly and fully intact. Very well packaged. Absolutely beautiful. There are imperfections in the glass, as it should be. I needed a second pitcher for my ice tea rotation, because I drink a lot of cold brewed fruit tea. The mouth of the pitcher is large enough to mix sugar/lemon juice, etc., and fits a large cooking spoon.
